Step Process.
Step 1 begins by
using an environmentally friendly wood cleaner containing no
acid or chlorine bleach. This foaming cleaner kills mold
and mildew and softens the dirt and grime that can then be rinsed
off using a lower pressure than would have been necessary otherwise.
This phase also opens up the pores of the wood, a key preparation
for the next step. The brightener qualities of our cleaner
leave the wood looking like it did when it was new.
Step 2, is the application
of the penetrating, wood protectant with semi-transparent cedar
toner. We flood on the protectant using an airless sprayer,
to assure the volume of product necessary for proper protection.
We follow that immediately with proper back-bushing to help
work the protectant into the wood and control drips and runs.
You don't need to be concerned about the nearby items, as we
have perfected blocking/shielding and cleaning that leaves the
rest of your property properly protected during this application
process.
